The organisation holds regulatory gambling licences in Sweden, Denmark, Malta, Spain, and the UK. In January 2019, Mr Green was acquired by William Hill for £242m. After the acquisition, William Hill moved Mr Green’s headquarters from Stockholm, Sweden to Sliema, Malta.
